Booking Terms

  1. All booking requests are subject to confirmation. 
  2. Terms and Conditions are non-negotiable. By booking with Little Luxe Cottage, you are agreeing to our Terms and Conditions.
  3. A 50% deposit of the total booking charges are to be paid at the time of the booking.
  4. Payment can be made by EFT, Mastercard or Visa. Merchant fees apply for credit card transactions. Bank transfer is also available.
  5. The remaining 50% of the total booking charges are to be finalised 7 days prior to your arrival date.
  6. Bookings made within 7 days of the arrival date must be paid in full at the time of booking.

Security Bond

  1. A $200 security deposit is required for all short-stay rental bookings. We will charge your credit card $200 on the day of your arrival and refund it to you after the property has been inspected post-departure. 
  2. Security deposits will be refunded within 48 hours of your departure (pending financial institutions) unless a claim is made. Security deposits paid by credit card will be refunded to that same credit card with no exceptions. This is a security measure to help prevent fraud.
  3. The cost of any damage to the property, excessive cleaning, staining or missing linen caused by the guests or any other occupants is recoverable by the owner.
  4. Disputes regarding existing damage, cleaning or rubbish will not be entered into unless reported to our office upon arrival at the premises.
  5. Damage or breakages to the property must be reported to the office immediately. If a guest or any occupant is at fault, charges will be deducted from the security deposit. 

Cancellation Policy

We truly appreciate your understanding of our cancellation policy. As a small family-run farm in country Victoria, these terms help us manage our operational costs effectively whilst maintaining a high-quality service for all our guests.

  1. No cancellation fee will be charged if you cancel your booking 21 days or more before your scheduled stay.
  2. If you cancel your booking between 14 and 20 days before your scheduled stay, a cancellation fee of 50% of your total booking amount will be charged.
  3. Cancellations made within 7 days of your scheduled check-in date or in the event of a no-show will result in 100% of the total booking amount being charged.
